At League, I built a team of 39 professionals, including 20 full-time employees and a global network of consultants, to drive digital transformation for clients across 50+ countries. With experience leading projects and initiatives across a wide range of industries and geographies, I have become adept at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and building consensus around shared objectives. At Mandarin Oriental, I led a global digital transformation effort that required close collaboration with stakeholders across 12 countries and 35 hotels. By actively listening to diverse perspectives, communicating transparently about challenges and opportunities, and adapting my leadership style to different cultural contexts, I was able to align stakeholders around a shared vision and drive meaningful change.

As an experienced Agile practitioner and coach, I have helped numerous organizations adopt and scale Agile methodologies to improve team productivity, product quality, and speed to market. At Jitjatjo, I introduced Agile practices that reduced development cycles by 50% and increased on-time delivery to 95%+. By coaching teams on Agile principles and facilitating key ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, I have empowered teams to work more collaboratively, adaptively, and effectively. At the same time, I have deep experience tailoring Agile approaches to the unique needs and constraints of different organizations, from startups to large enterprises.

Having led multiple large-scale organizational transformations, I understand that effective change management requires a delicate balance of vision, empathy, and tactical execution. At Hippo Education, I spearheaded a comprehensive restructuring of the company's educational content strategy and delivery model, resulting in a 3X increase in learner engagement and a 25% reduction in content development costs. By working closely with key stakeholders to understand their concerns and co-create solutions, I was able to build trust and momentum around the transformation effort. At the same time, I developed a robust change management plan that included clear communication, training, and support resources to help employees adapt to new ways of working.
